Logan + Chamberlain, Raleigh

 

Located near the campus of North Carolina State University, this project includes two structures, situated across a small park from each other. The local sloping terrain was utilized to hide parking for the development in a walkout basement level that did not contribute to the total number of stories, thus preserving more usable building height for the apartment structures themselves.
