Holiday Inn

 

A renovation of an existing hotel for conversion to the Holiday Inn brand, this project involved working closely with brand representatives to produce a hotel experience that is consistent with the brand objectives. The project included a new restaurant and lobby, interior renovation of the conference center and 189 guest rooms, an updated color scheme and lighting for the exterior, and a reconfigured vehicular drop-off zone.
