A five story podium structure, the project makes room for 20 parking spaces at the steel-framed ground level and adds 40 bedrooms across 4 levels of wood construction above. The project achieved success for the client by successfully integrating large balconies that were able to provide the amount of open space required by the local zoning ordinance. The project incorporates precast stair towers that were able to be installed rapidly and provide easy and early access to all floors, and the exterior makes a distinct statement through the use of vibrant color.
